The day my surgeon let me escape to the beach…

After nearly two weeks in hospital, but still not recovered enough to be discharged, my medical team did the most amazing thing…they gave me a free pass to go out with my husband for a couple of hours. So, of course, we went to the beach and it was incredible!!

I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy! After being inside for so long I actually cried with joy to be back in nature.

Isn’t it amazing that I have such a wonderful health team that they consider my emotional health as much as my physical health.

Truly I am blessed.

Love and light, Fi xxx
